I-T-E TWINS 1.0
      I-T-E Twins1.0 is a trouble ticket management product of Unihub China, which is also their first product based on the OSS/J specification. In China Telecom IP backbone (ChinaNet and CN2) NMS project, Twins is successfully integrated with their well-known IP network management product named I-T-E View version 3.1. Firstly, I-T-E View collects various network events through syslog analysis and voluntary SNMP polling. Then by applying customized rules,  I-T-E View  transforms some of them into faults.  And eventually , I-T-E View invokes Twins`s  trouble tickets creation API to get faults transferred into the latter. During the lifecycle of tickets, Twins will inform I-T-E View of tickets` status transition.  Meanwhile,  I-T-E View can also query status of specific ticket through other APIs. I-T-E View and Twins collaborate efficiently and are fully recognized by the customer.
